On April 2, 2026, an open meeting with young employees was held at the State Institution “Institute of Mineral Resources.” The event was attended by Deputy Director D.Sh. Talatkhojayev, Chief Legal Counsel Sh.R. Odinaeva, and Lead Compliance Specialist U.Sh. Raupov.

During the meeting, young specialists actively participated, sharing their professional goals and achievements, and raising a number of relevant questions. In particular, discussions covered business travel arrangements, financial support, salary payments, and employee incentive mechanisms. Comprehensive and clear explanations were provided.

Special attention was given to the issues of conflict of interest prevention, the role of the Ethics Commission, and compliance with current legislation. It was emphasized that even minor shortcomings in work processes may lead to serious legal consequences.
