Isakov Maksud Uzakovich was born on January 28, 1971, in the city of Kokand, Fergana region.

He has higher education. In 1993, he graduated from Tashkent State Technical University. His specialization is geological mapping, prospecting, and exploration of mineral deposits.

Scientific degree: Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences. Academic title - Senior Research Fellow.

Isakov Maksud Uzakovich began his career in 1993 as a technician-geologist of the East-Kurama Geological Exploration Expedition of the "Tashkentgeology" Production Association, a geologist of underground mountain mines, and a first-category technician-geologist. In subsequent years, he worked effectively in various institutions.

In 1995 - 1st category geologist of the State Geological Enterprise "Tashkentgeology" of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Geology and Mineral Resources;

1995-1999 - full-time postgraduate student at the Institute of Mineral Resources of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Geology and Mineral Resources;

1999-2006 - 2nd category engineer, leading engineer, senior researcher, head of sector, head of department at the Institute of Mineral Resources of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Geology and Mineral Resources;

2006-2008 - Chief Geologist of the Angren Mining Department of JSC "Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine";

2008-2009 - Acting Director of the State Enterprise "Research Institute of Mineral Resources" of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Geology and Mineral Resources;

2009-2015 - Director of the State Enterprise "Research Institute of Mineral Resources" of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Geology and Mineral Resources;

2015-2017 - Head of the Mineral Raw Materials and Hydrocarbon Exploration and Production Division of the Information and Analytical Department for Geology, Fuel and Energy Complex, Chemical, Petrochemical and Metallurgical Industry of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

2017-2018 - Head of the Geology and Mineral Resource Base Division of the Information and Analytical Department for Geology, Fuel and Energy Complex, Chemical, Petrochemical and Metallurgical Industry of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

2018-2019 - Director of the State Institution "Institute of Geology and Geophysics" named after H.M. Abdullaev of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Geology and Mineral Resources;

2019-2022 - Director of the State Institution "Institute of Mineral Resources" of the University of Geological Sciences of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Geology and Mineral Resources;

2022-2025 - Acting Rector of the University of Geological Sciences of the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

Since March 13, 2025, Isakov Maksud Uzakovich has been serving as the Director of the State Institution "Institute of Mineral Resources" of the University of Geological Sciences of the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

He is married and has three children.

Akhmedov Murod Shermukhamadovich was born on September 19, 1977 in the Jizzakh region of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Higher education. In 1999, he graduated of Samarkand State Institute of Architecture and Construction and in 2006 from the National University of Uzbekistan. Specialization - engineer-builder, master-geologist.

In 1999, he worked as a technical geologist at Kyzylkum geological exploration expedition.

In 2002-2007, he worked as a technical geologist, geologist, second-class geologist at “Regionalgeology” OAJ.

In 2007-2011, he worked as a 2nd-category geologist, 1st-category geologist at the State Geology and Mineral Resources Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan "Geology of Precious and Non-ferrous Metals" IIM SO Angren.

In 2011-2017, he worked as a leading specialist, chief  specialist in the Department of Geology of Solid Minerals of the State Committee of Geology and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2017-2018, he worked as the head of the Department of Uranium, Rare Metals and Rare Earth Elements of the State Committee for Geology and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Since September 6, 2018, the State Geology and Mineral Resources Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan has been acting as the deputy director for scientific affairs and innovations of the state institution "Institute of Mineral Resources".

He is married and has 4 children.

Tal'atxo'jayev Doniyor Shuxratovich was born on January 12, 1985, in Tashkent.

He has higher education. In 2007, he completed his bachelor's degree at Tashkent State University of Economics, and in 2009, he finished his master's degree at the same university. In 2020, he obtained a second specialization from the National University of Uzbekistan. His specializations are Economist, International Business, and Geologist.

Doniyor Shuxratovich began his career in 2008 as a specialist at the joint venture "Addison-group," and has since worked effectively in several positions throughout his career.
