The Department of Analytical Research of the State Institution “Institute of Mineral Resources” of the University of Geological Sciences of the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology carries out analytical research on samples selected within the framework of budget projects using mass spectral (ICP-MS), atomic absorption and other types of spectral analyses.

Based on the results obtained, the contents of main and associated useful components, impurities and harmful components are determined.

Such analytical studies make it possible to develop optimal technological schemes for ore enrichment.
