Okhunov Avazbek Khusanboyevich, head of the department “Methods of geological exploration works” state enterprise “Institute of Mineral Resources”, took part as an expert in the technical debate of the XIV-session of the expert group "Resource Management Week of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe", held in Geneva, Switzerland, April 25-28, 2023.

The event presented the classification of reserves and resources of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (framework classification) with the experience of the developed countries of the world on the functioning of the system, implementation and scope of work, the sequence of geological exploration and renewable energy sources, the appropriation of various minerals and sustainable development use of secondary resources.
