THE MAIN TASKS OF THE LABORATORY

Tasks of the "Technological Mineralogy" at the "MXQI GIT" Center: to analyze the laws of mineralization of mineral deposits, to develop low-waste and waste-free technology, to fully determine the mineralogical and chemical composition of minerals in specific technological samples, to analyze the technological sample in order to extract useful components etc. connection with reconstruction of the geological industry.

To fulfill the assigned tasks, "Technological Mineralogy" works in the following scientific directions:

 - Study and analysis of samples of all mineral and non-mineral deposits in Uzbekistan;

 - accurate and complete study of mineralogical and chemical composition of minerals;

 - show which genetic type (association) the useful components belong to;

 - determination of isomorphous mixtures in minerals (for complete extraction of useful components);

 - determination of the amount of grains of useful constituent parts, their correlation with other minerals, determination of the degree of crushing of the necessary ore to ensure the maximum degree of opening, etc.

SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH CARRIED OUT IN THE LABORATORY

Mineralogical research works are being carried out under the project "Development of effective technological schemes of processing of gold deposits of the Republic of Uzbekistan". Lolazor, Bayram and Chalcharatov on the following plots.

Mineralogical research works are being carried out under the project "Study of mineral raw materials from non-traditional types and development of efficient processing technologies".

Mineralogical research works are being carried out under the project "Development of a technological scheme for processing rare metal, lithium, beryllium, rubidium and cesium minerals of Mangit, Arabband, Sulatsаy deposits".

Mineralogical research works are being carried out under the project "Development of effective technological schemes for processing the sandstones of the Khontakhta section of the Babatag mountains using modern technologies and analytical equipment."

Mineralogical research works are being carried out under the project "Development of effective technologies for aluminum extraction based on the minerals of the Gushsay alunite deposit, Angren and Oltintau kaolin deposits with aluminum mineral raw materials".

RESULTS OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

In the last 5 years, the laboratory has conducted research within the framework of 4 state budget and 25 contract projects.

1. Within the framework of the project "Development of the technology of efficient processing of minerals and waste from the mined mines of Uzbekistan", mineralogical studies of the deep horizons of the gold-bearing Muruntau, Gujumsay, Charmitan mines, and off-balance minerals of the Kokpatas and Daugiztau mines were carried out went.

2. Within the framework of the project "Study of the form of identification of useful components of ores of original and polymetallic deposits being prepared for industrial use and development of processing technology", studies were conducted on the ores of the Tuyachavul and Kokpatas deposits containing gold.

3. Fields and manifestations of Cholcharatau, Lolazor, Kumbogut, Bayram and Karatogota, which contain gold and silver, within the framework of the project "Study of the form of identification of the useful components of ores of original and polymetallic deposits being prepared for industrial use and development of processing technology" mineralogical studies of mines are being continued.

4. Akba, Besapantau, Djasaul, Northern Daugiztov, Tashkazgan, Tashkan, Altyn Dior, Yangidavon, Yuzhniy-1, Tuyachavul, Miskan, Nizhnekenjasay, Tebinbulok, Amantaytau, Kalmokir, Marjonbulok and other objects have been constructed on the basis of the contract. mineralogical studies were conducted.

In addition, in accordance with the Roadmaps for the Development of Geological Sciences between the Almalyk and Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combines and the "MRI" DM, mineralogical studies of the facilities of the Angren Mining Department, the mines of the Khandiza and Chinorsoy polymetallic mines, and the enrichment waste of GMZ-2 were conducted. and mineralogical researches on carbon deposits of Karakutan, Adjibugut, Umid and Amantaytau deposits with complex composition were conducted and concluded with high results.
