On May 5 of this year, the Uzbekistan–Türkiye Business Forum was held in Tashkent. The event brought together more than 170 entrepreneurs and company representatives. During the forum, participants discussed further expanding investment cooperation between the two countries, strengthening industrial cooperation, and developing promising areas of partnership.
Responsible employees of the State Institution “Mineral resurslar instituti” took part in the forum on behalf of the Institute. The participation of the Institute’s representatives was important in terms of expanding international cooperation in the field of geology and mineral resources, exchanging views on promising areas, and actively engaging in platforms for mutual dialogue.
During the meetings, particular attention was paid to the implementation of joint investment projects, the expansion of high value-added production, technology transfer, and the deepening of industrial cooperation.
The forum served as an important platform for further strengthening economic ties between Uzbekistan and Türkiye, as well as for developing mutually beneficial cooperation in the industrial and investment sectors.
