THE MAIN TASKS OF THE LABORATORY

The main purpose of the scientific research jobs making by this laboratory is inspired on developing of methodological manuals of drill rigs for increasing the overall drilling efficiency, the selection of optimal technologies and increasing the retrieval diamond core drilling quality indicators, the creation of new technical developments and constructions.

Development and implementation of prototypes of necessary spare parts for drilling rigs;

Increasing labor productivity during drilling operations, creating convenience for employees and extending the service life of the devices used;

Development of methodological manuals on the efficient and rational use of modern drilling rigs;

Analysis of the technical capabilities of hydraulic drilling rigs and assessment of maintenance situations;

Analysis of local reagents, development of practical, theoretical recommendations and instructions for their effective use;

Conducting scientific and practical research on localization of imported raw materials and spare parts;

Development of ways to improve the working conditions of drilling personnel and prolong the service life of drilling rigs and the creation of design developments.

SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH CONDUCTED IN THE DEPARTMENT

Systematization, collection and study of the results of previously conducted research and development;

Search for solutions and study of the causes of problematic issues in the drilling process;

Creation of methodological foundations for the effective use of modern drilling rigs and creation of favorable conditions for drilling personnel;

Development of drawings of localized products, laboratory studies, and detailed study of imported products;

Registration of copyright certificates and obtaining patents for newly developed designs

RESULTS OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

Methodological guidelines for the effective use of SSC complexes and modern drilling rigs have been developed;

A device for core extrusion from core pipes has been developed;

Production of easily removable shelters for newly introduced DBC Makina drilling rigs, which creates normal conditions for workers;

A local reagent based on PAA has been developed;
