THE MAIN TASKS OF LABORATORY

- microbiological study of ore and isolation of ecologically suitable geochemical active bacterial complexes;

- determination of the influence of various factors (physical and chemical) on the activity of bacteria and their ability to oxidize;

- development of methods for accelerating the process of bacterial oxidation of sulfide minerals;

- carrying out research by the heap method of bio dissolution of metals;

- development of rational technological schemes for bio-oxidation in the extraction of gold and silver;

- development of new and non-traditional technologies for the phased separation of non-ferrous, rare and precious metals;

- development of optimal technologies using hydrometallurgy methods;

- development of optimal parameters for leaching at high pressure of ore and enrichment products;

- development of gold heap leaching technology;

- development of technological parameters for the selective sorption extraction of valuable components from productive solutions, enrichment products, mining and metallurgical and other industrial and process waters;

- development of new innovative technologies for the extraction of useful components from leaching solutions;

- development of optimal parameters for the extraction of useful components by precipitation methods.

SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH CARRIED OUT IN THE LABORATORY

- development of technology for processing ores and dumps of developed deposits in Uzbekistan using biotechnological and hydrometallurgical methods;

- carrying out technological research on the extraction of useful compounds from production products and wastes of titanium-magnetite ores of the Tebinbulak deposit;

- development of a technological scheme for the processing of oxidized copper ores from the Kalmakyr deposit using modern laboratory equipment;

- laboratory and technological research on the development of a combined scheme for the enrichment of complex ores at the Rudnoye deposit and the Boztau ore occurrence;

RESULTS OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCHES

Over the past 5 years, the laboratory has conducted research in the framework of 4 state budget and 15 contract projects.

1. Within the framework of the project “Development of technology for processing ores and dumps of developed deposits in Uzbekistan using biotechnological and hydrometallurgical methods”, a technological scheme for processing hard-dressing gold-bearing ores were developed and 2 articles were published in scientific journals.

2. Within the framework of the project "Conducting technological research on the extraction of useful compounds from production products and wastes of titanomagnetite ores at the Tebinbulak deposit", scandium oxide was obtained for the first time in the republic and a technological scheme was developed.

3. Within the framework of the project “Development of a technological scheme for processing oxidized copper ores of the Kalmakyr deposit using modern laboratory equipment”, cathode copper was first obtained by extraction from oxidized copper ores and a combined technological scheme was developed.

4. Within the framework of the project "Development of effective technological schemes for processing ore minerals of the Republic of Uzbekistan using modern technologies and analytical equipment", concentrates of vanadium, molybdenum, copper and other elements were obtained, and a technological scheme was developed. Based on the developed technological scheme, documents are drawn up to obtain a utility model.

5. On a contractual basis, over the past 5 years, technological research has been carried out to study the ores of the Tashkan, Yangi-Davon, Nukrakon, GMZ-2, Amantaytau, Kalmakir and other deposits. As a result of the research, more than 20 articles and theses were published, 2 patents were received, 2 doctoral dissertations were defended.
